RR Type 1 Inverter
The RR Type 1 inverter is designed for 180 degree inversion of heavy or wide loads and operates on a clamp-recline-rotate principle. It is very heavily constructed and always custom-built. Loads of up to 10,000kgs and widths of 5m fall within its capabilities.
- Normally a fixed installation but totally stable during operation by design
- Single or twin clamping system dependent on load heights and required clamp pressure
- Fully automated with manual override option
RR Type 2 Inverter
The RR Type 2 is a lightweight 180 degree inverter with twin clamp tables opening flush-to-floor level. It has maximum loading capacity of 1000kgs.
- Easily relocatable by forklift truck but secured to floor during normal operation.
- Designed for low volume applications where floor level loading is essential and operating space is restricted
- Normally used with pallets up to 1200mm x 1000mm and loads of under 1400mm in height but can be modified.
- Dual lever or hydraulic push button controls
- Neat construction with enclosed hydraulic powerpack
- Very low maintenance

Premier's range of upenders/downenders have 3 basic hydraulically powered designs but each unit is custom-built to match the load it has to tip. Uses include tipping paper reels on their sides before proceeding to unwinding, turning steel coils to "core vertical" for palletization and transport and turning heavy objects in the production or maintenance programme.
